Faust has worked as a hockey equipment manager for Minnesota State women's hockey since August of 2022 and earned his bachelor of science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
In his current role as head equipment manager for MSU women's hockey, Faust's responsibilities include managing team laundry for practice and games, set up of team locker room areas, referee rooms, penalty boxes and benches. He also sharpens and rivets skates, assists with inventory ordering, general maintenance of hockey facilities and team travel arrangements and packing.
Prior to Minnesota State, Faust assisted the Minnesota Vikings training camp as Football Equipment Manager as an intern. He has also been a groundskeeper at the Mankato Golf Club.
