Irby, who is the Certified Athletic Trainer for the Minnesota State women’s hockey program. joined the Minnesota State Athletic Training Staff in the summer of 2022 after spending three seasons at Minnesota Duluth where she also worked with women’s hockey.
Irby, who is a 2015 graduate of the University of Denver and a 2019 graduate of the University of Nebraska Omaha with a Master of Arts degree in Athletic Training, has also spent time with USA Hockey and the NWSL, serving as the trainer at their U15 Camp this past summer and an athletic training intern, respectively.
A member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Irby also has BLS certification from the American Red Cross and a BOC certification. She is certified in Dry Needling and is also a member of the Professional Hockey Athletic Trainers’ Association.
Irby resides in Mankato.
