Biography

2021-22: Skated in all 35 games for the Mavericks during the 2021-22 campaign and set a new school record of 161 career games played, Dec. 18 at Bemidji State, to surpass the previous record of 146 games played in the Purple and Gold...Became the second women's hockey player in school history to eclipse the 100-point plateau when she recorded an assist and a goal in the Mavericks' 4-2 loss to UMD, Jan. 28...Became MSU's all-time points leader, Feb. 25, in game one of the WCHA Quarterfinals at Minnesota Duluth...Finished with 114 career points, eclipsing Maggie Fisher's record of 109 points from 2005-09...Owns MSU's all-time assists record with 70 helpers and was also the leading point-scorer with 45 points and a team-high 25 assists...Secured the Maverick Three-Star Award and was named the team's Most Valuable Player...Member of the 2021-22 WCHA All-Academic Team.

2020-21: Skated in all 18 games during final season...The Maverick center posted a team-high seven assists to move into seventh on MSU's all-time career assists leader standings...Scored five goals and 12 points in 2020-21...Had two multi-point games against Bemidji State with a goal and an assist in a 2-1 win Jan. 8 and two assists in a 3-2 victory Jan. 30...Named to the WCHA All-Academic Team.

2019-20: Skated in all 37 games in her junior campaign...Scored first goal of season against Rensselaer on Sept. 27...Recorded first assist of season against Minnesota Duluth on Oct. 12...Became the 21st student-athlete to reach the 50-point plateau with two assists against St. Cloud State on Jan. 17...Scored game winning goals against St. Cloud State on Oct. 25 and Lindenwood on Jan. 31...Finished the season fourth on the team with 18 points by scoring six goals and collecting 12 assists, while recording 21 blocks...Was named to the WCHA All-Academic Team.

2018-19: Appeared in all 35 games during sophomore season...Recorded first assist of the season on Sept. 29 against Rensselaer...Scored first goal of the season on Sept. 30 against RPI...Scored a goal and recorded an assist for two points against #2 Minnesota on Jan. 12...Scored game-winning goal in 2-1 win over Bemidji State on Jan. 19...Finished the season with a 9-11--20 stat line, tied for second most assists and points on the team...Was named a WCHA Scholar-Athlete and was named to the WCHA All-Academic Team.

2017-18: Played in all 34 games for the Mavericks, leading the way in points and assists (4-15--19)…Scored first career goal against Ohio State on Nov. 10 in a 2-1 loss…Set a career-high in assists in a game with two helpers to lead the Mavericks in a 4-1 upset win over No. 5 Ohio State on Feb. 9…Scored first career game-winning goal in 5-4 win over Lindenwood on Dec. 8...Led the Mavericks in shots on goal with 88…Tied for the eighth-most points in program history by a freshman...Named the WCHA Rookie of the Week on Nov. 14...Awarded Rookie of the Year for the Mavericks.
 
The Fleming File: From Oregon, Wis...Led team to two state titles and attended three USA Hockey National Development Camps (led camp in scoring in 2015-16)...Racked up 54 goals and 40 assists in 56 games in 2015-16...Had 55 goals and 40 assist for 95 points in 52 games in 2014-15...Also played for Oregon High School girls soccer team where she helped lead the Panthers to a state DII title in 2014-15...Father, Rick, was a member of the UW-Stevens Point men's hockey team that captured a NCAA DIII championship in 1989.
