DMACC: Wicks was a two-year starter out of Des Moines Area Community College out of the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference...During the 2013-14 season, she helped her squad to a 19-13 record, as she averaged 13.9 points and eight rebounds per game, en route to first team all-conference honors...Wicks also registered nine double-doubles during her sophomore campaign, while eclipsing the 20-point plateau on eight occasions...During her freshman season, Wicks averaged 7.5 points and 4.2 rebounds per game and garnered second team all-region honors...She also earned first team academic all-region honors.

High School: Prior to her time at DMACC, Wicks played four seasons at South Hamilton High School, where she earned three letters...She received all-conference second team honors during her sophomore season and followed up with an all-conference first team selection and MVP honors during her junior season...As a senior, Wicks averaged 23 points and 10 rebounds per game for the Hawks. She received all-conference first team and MVP honors and was named to the all-state third team.
