High School:  A wing from St. Louis Park, Minn., Shantell Harden was a three-year basketball letterwinner and team captain...During a stellar junior season, Shantell averaged 18 points, 9.5 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 1.0 blocks per game...She scored 25 or more points eight times during the season and holds the single season scoring record at St. Louis Park High School...Harden also earned Metro West All-Conference and All-Defensive team selections as a sophomore and junior. As a senior, she reached 1,00 career points and won the St. Louis Park High School Athena Award...She was also an All-State Honorable Mention.

Personal: Shantell is the daughter of Timothy Harden and Rebecca Harden and plans to major in Exercise Science at Minnesota State.
