Fink is in his second season as Men's Basketball Graduate Assistant in 2025-26.
During the 2024-25 season, the Mavericks posted a 20-12 record as they advanced to the second round of the NSIC Tournament. In total, two Mavericks earned All-NSIC honors as the Mavericks finished with a 15-7 conference record.
He comes to Minnesota State from Augustana, where he played guard from 2019-24. During his playing career, he was named All-NSIC First Team twice and All-NSIC Second Team once. He helped the Vikings win the NSIC Championships in 2022. His team advanced to the NCAA Central Region Finals, where he was named to the Central Region All-Tournament team.
Fink is from Springfield, Minnesota. He played basketball for Springfield High School and was their all-time leading scorer with 3,382 points, culminating in his being named a finalist for Minnesota Mr. Basketball.
