High School: A forward from Mankato, Minn., Carson Schweim helped lead the Mankato East boy's basketball team to its first conference and section championship in the same season...Schweim received all-conference and all-city honors for his efforts during his junior year and was named the team's MVP as he averaged 16.0 points, and 6.0 rebounds per game...As a sophomore, Schweim helped his team to a third place finish at the state tournament...He also helped his team to a pair of section championships during his sophomore and junior seasons.

Personal: Carson is the son of Audra and Doug Schweim and he intends to major in business...His sister Mackenzie currently plays for the Minnesota State women's basketball team.
