High School: A native of Stillwater, Minn., Knox was a three-year starter for the Stillwater Area High School football team…Also played one season of hockey and two seasons of lacrosse…Set school record with 48 carries and 293 rushing yards in a game as a sophomore and junior, respectively…Named the team’s MVP during his junior and senior seasons…Set a school career rushing record of 3,117 yards…Earned All-State academic honors.
 
Personal: Zach is the son of Tim and Kelly Knox…Born May 22, 1997…Pre-med major.
