2019: Played in all 15 games for the Mavericks…Notched 31 tackles and finished third on the team in interceptions with three…Also recovered a fumble…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team…Tallied a season-high six tackles and an interception against Minnesota Crookston…Notched three tackles against Slippery Rock in the fourth round of the NCAA Tournament.

2018: Played in 10 games for the Mavericks, including one start…Finished season with 41 tackles, including 2.5 for a loss…Recorded a season-high eight tackles at Bemidji State…Notched seven tackles and an interception at Winona State…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team.

2017: Played in nine games…Recorded five tackles…Broke up two passes against Minnesota Crookston…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team.

2016: Played in all 11 games…Posted seven tackles.

2015: Redshirted.

High School: A four-year Honor Roll student out of Kimberly High School, Hermus played three seasons of football and track and field…When playing as a starter, Kimberly went 28-0 during his high school career…Tallied six interceptions as a junior as he helped his team to a state championship…Claimed all-conference honors as a team captain during his senior season as he tallied 59 tackles, including four for a loss, and one fumble recovery…Helped his team win a second straight state title as a senior…Participated in the 4x100 relay and hurdle events as a member of the track and field team.
