2022: Played in all of Minnesota States 13 games including 12 starts… Had 34 tackles and three tackles for loss… Saw a season-high of seven tackles vs. Winona St.

2021: Played in 10 games for the Mavericks…Tallied 14 tackles, including one for a loss…Posted a season-high five tackles against Upper Iowa.

2020: No season due to COVID-19.

2019: Played in seven games for the Mavericks…Notched nine tackles and a sack…Posted four tackles against Minnesota Crookston and the University of Mary.

2018: Redshirted.

High School: A four-year starter out of St. Clair, Minn., Nagel has played four seasons of football and basketball, and three seasons of baseball at St. Clair High School…Competed on the offensive and defensive lines for the football team…Claimed all-district honors as a junior and was named the team’s defensive MVP as he tallied 117 tackles, including 13 tackles for a loss and five sacks…He also recovered six fumbles as a junior…Named the district MVP as a senior…Recorded 66 tackles, including five sacks and 14 tackles for a loss as a senior…Helped his team to a second place finish in their district as a senior…Competed as a center for the basketball team and as a catcher, designated hitter and first baseman for the baseball team.
