Biography

2014: Played in all 15 games, while making two starts…Posted four tackles and forced a fumble…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team.

2013: Played in 10 games for the Mavericks…Returned one kick for seven yards and posted one tackle…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team.

2012: Played in four games as a sophomore, primarily on special teams.

2011: Saw action in 11 games in 2010 as the team's short-snapper and as an H-back...He
caught his first pass as a Maverick against Southwest Minnesota State (11/5), recording ten yards of receiving in doing so. 

2010: Redshirted.

High School: Helped lead Delano to a 7-3 record as a senior, including a 5-2 league record, which was good for second-place...Caught 19 passes for 293 yards and two touchdowns as a senior...Averaged 20.6 yard per catch...Was an All-Conference selection...Also participated in basketball and track.

Personal: Son of Dionn Clare and Sivian Barfnecht...Born Sept. 3, 1991...Sports Management major at Minnesota State.
