Biography

2021: Started in all 111 games on the offensive line for the Mavericks…Helped the team rush for 2,264 yards and 28 touchdowns…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence and the NFF Hampshire Honor Society.

2020: No season due to COVID-19...Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team.

2019: Started in all 15 games for the Mavericks on the offensive line…As a member of the offensive line, he helped the Mavericks set MSU single season records in points scored (712), rushing yards (4,246), rushing touchdowns (59) and total offense (7,766)…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team…As a unit, the Maverick offensive line allowed just 19 sacks in 15 games.

2018: Played in and started in all 14 games as a member of the offensive line…As a member of the offensive line, Krantz helped the Mavericks rush for 3,345 yards and 37 touchdowns this past season, both of which are the fifth most in a season in team history…As a unit, the Maverick offensive line allowed just 12 sacks in 14 games.

2017: Played four games on the offensive line for the Mavericks… As a member of the offensive line, he helped the Mavericks set an MSU single-season record of 4,036 rushing yards.

2016: Redshirted.

High School: An offensive lineman from Waukee, Iowa, Krantz has played four seasons on the offensive line for the Waukee High School football team…Has also competed as a thrower for the track and field team…Joined the varsity squad as a sophomore and would start during his final three seasons…Claimed all-district honors as a junior after helping his squad to the state semifinals…Helped his team to a third straight district championship his senior season as he went on to claim first team all-district accolades.
