Biography

2010: Voted team MVP by teammates after leading team in hits (93), doubles (25) and runs scored (78)… Named  Most Valuable Player at the 2010 NSIC tournament where he hit at a .500 clip with five RBI, right runs scored, four doubles and a home run… Appeared in 59 games and started all 59… Tied for team lead in on-base percentage with .451…Second on team with .394 average and 28 stolen bases (28-31).

Pre-MSU: Two-year starter at University of Arkansas-Little Rock at shortstop.   

High School: Two-year starter in the infield for the Cardinals...Helped lead team to a tie for first-place in the conference senior season and first-place finish senior season, including a state title...First-Team All-Conference, All-District and All-State senior season in 2007.

Personal: Born April 20, 1989...son of Clark and Vicki Rowles…Sports management major.
