Personal: a 5-foot 10-inch right-hander, will come to Minnesota State from Century College where the Wood Ducks were NJCAA DIII World Series runner-ups a year ago amassing a 42-13 record...The closer tallied 12 saves in 21 appearances last season with a 0-0 record, 0.34 ERA, and 28 strikeouts against 18 hits and three walks in 21 appearances... He was a three-time all-conference selection as a sophomore, junior, and senior at Somerset (Wis.) High School...Son of Caine and Diane Belter...Born Aug. 24, 1992.
