Biography

2015: McCallum started 48 games and appeared in all 52...Hit .364 with one triple, 16 doubles, four home runs, 47 RBI and 51 runs scored...Had seven sacrifice hits...Went 2-2 with a triple, one RBI and one run scored against Alderson Broaddus...Batted 5-6 with
one RBI and three runs scored against Gustavus...Hit a walk-off three run home run against Upper Iowa on 4/15...Finished season on a 17 game hitting streak... Name to part of the NSIC Gold Glove Team.

2014: McCallum started 58 of 59 games and hit .275...Produced two home runs, two triples, nine doubles, 30 runs and 31 RBI...Added six stolen bases...Had a season-high three hits and three RBI at Southwest Baptist on Feb. 17...Selected First-Team All-NSIC and CoSIDA Academic All-District last season...Also named Daktronics Second Team All-Central Region and Rawlings/ABCA Second Team All-Central Region...Earned a spot on 2013 NCAA Central Region All-Tournament Team.

2013: Started all 50 games he played in for MSU... Finished second on the team with a .354 batting average and .526 slugging percentage, while contributing the highest on-base percentage at .437...Generated 62 hits, 38 runs, 35 RBI, 12 doubles and six homeruns in 175 at-bats, while adding a stolen base...Had a 17-game on-base and 16-game hitting streak from March 23-April 28...Selected Daktronics Second Team All-Region, Rawlings/ABCA Second Team All-Region and NSIC First Team All-Conference...Also named to NCAA Central Region All-Tournament Team and CoSIDA Academic All-District...Went three-for-five with a double and a pair of runs in MSU's 4-1 NCAA Central Region Tournament win over Missouri Western...Was three-for-three with a double and two RBI in the Mavericks' 6-5 victory over St. Edward's at the NCAA DII Baseball Championship.

2012:  Appeared in 44 games, including 40 starts in first year with Mavericks...Hit at a .320 clip with three homers and 17 RBI...Went 4X4 and scored game-winning run in 1-0 win over Regis at 2012 NCAA DII Central Region tournament May 11...Was 4X4 with a run scored in NSIC tournament game vs. St. Cloud State (3-2 loss May 11).

High School:  Three-year letter winner for the Hill-Murray Pioneers…Two-year all-conference winner…First team All-Metro Star Tribune, first team All-State Pioneer Press and Lions All-Star as a senior…Hit .578 with 37 hits, three home runs, 33 RBI and 21 runs scored…Junior year hit .470 with 32 hits, two home runs and 28 RBI while being named all-state honorable mention and second team all-metro…Helped lead hockey team to a conference championship and third-place finish in state.
