High School: An all-state defensive back, helped guide his team to a pair of first-place finishes in the South Suburban Blue Conference his sophomore and senior seasons…Began high school career as a running back, but transitioned to defensive back sophomore season…Played in 12 games as a team captain senior season where he posted 70 tackles and three interception, en route to being named all-conference, all-area and all-state…Helped team to the state quarterfinals during his final season.
