BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Minnesota State senior
Caleb Meunier (Winneconne, Wisconsin) was named Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Wrestler of the Week by the conference office on Tuesday (Nov. 4).

Meunier, who wrestles at 157 pounds, went undefeated over the weekend at the Pointer Open in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. He won his weight class for the second year in a row at the event after going 5-0, with four wins by fall and one by major decision.

In the championship match, Meunier won by fall over Cameron Johnson (Aurora University) at 1:50.

Meunier was ranked No. 6 at 157 pounds in the NWCA Division II Preseason Individual Rankings. Last season, Meunier tied for the team lead with 32 overall wins, including 10-3 in duals and 22-6 in tournaments. An NCAA Division II All-American and NWCA Scholar All-American, Meunier finished in fifth place at the NCAA Division II Championships.
