WACO, Texas --- Minnesota State has dropped to the 22nd spot in the most recent edition of the AFCA Poll.

MSU fell nine spots in the poll after it fell to Augustana 34-16 last weekend at Blakeslee Stadium.

The Mavericks are one of two NSIC teams ranked in the top-25. Augustana improved to 20th after its win over MSU. Sioux Falls is receiving votes.

Minnesota State continues its season on the road this Saturday as it takes on the Northern State Wolves. Kickoff is scheduled for 2 p.m. at Dacotah Bank Stadium.
