Kelsey King split the Defense and put a nifty deke on the UST goaltender to give Minnesota State a two-goal cushion. The Mavericks would ride out a 2-0 lead to get their second win on the season.
The Mavericks are back in action next Friday when they travel to Bemidji to take on the Beavers.
