MANKATO, Minn. -- The Minnesota State women's soccer team picked up its ninth victory of the season and sixth consecutive shutout Friday afternoon at The Pitch as it bested St. Cloud State 1-0.

In the second half, MSU's junior forward Jenny Vetter scored the eventual game-winning goal in the 82nd minute on a far-side shot that found the top-right corner of the goal.
