MANKATO, Minn. --- The Minnesota State women's basketball team (9-11, 6-10 NSIC) will take to the road to face off with Minnesota Crookston Friday, at 5:30 p.m., before taking on Bemidji State Saturday, at 3:30 p.m.

Mavericks at a Glance: Minnesota State (9-11, 6-10 NSIC), enters the week after defeating #24 MSU Moorhead 76-70 Friday night at Taylor Center, behind a career high 24-points from Taylor Drost. Â Saturday, the Mavericks defeated the Northern State Wolves 54-40, which is the fewest points Minnesota State has allowed in a game since it held UMD to 29 points Jan. 22, 2011.
