MANKATO, Minn. --- The Minnesota State football team has received the top ranking in the D2Football.com Poll for the fourth time this season.
Last weekend, MSU defeated Concordia-St. Paul 46-13 to hold its top spot in the poll.
The Mavericks are one of three NSIC schools in the top-25. Minnesota Duluth climbed to the 13th spot in the poll after its 41-17 win over St. Cloud State, while Winona State dropped to 25th after its 34-33 loss to Upper Iowa. Sioux Falls fell out of the poll.
Minnesota State continues its season on the road this Saturday as it takes on the Winona State Warriors. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
