Box Score MANKATO, Minn. – The No. 14 Minnesota State Maverick dropped a 3-0 contest to the fifth-ranked Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs Saturday afternoon at Taylor Center.
The Bulldogs took the first two sets, winning the first set 25-16 and the second, 25-22. The two teams went back and forth in the third set, with the Bulldogs ultimately finishing the match with a 25-21 set victory.

Alli Rice tallied a team-best 12 digs in the match.
Minnesota State will next be in action Friday, Sept. 30 when it takes to the road to play Minnesota Crookston. The match is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. in Crookston, Minn.
