Mankato, Minn. — The 14th-ranked Minnesota State volleyball team earned a 3-0 victory over Winona State Saturday afternoon winning the match by scores of 25-17, 25-21 and 25-11.

Amanda Beekman led all players with 13 kills on 24 attempts – while committing just one error – en route to an impressive .500 hitting percentage.

Kimber Kuhl added 10 kills on 22 attempts – and no errors – for the Mavericks who hit .353 (44-of-105) for the match. Junior setter
Brittany Stamer passed out 37 assists while finishing with 15 digs in the win.
Kathy Lohff led Winona State in kills with eight.
Minnesota State (16-6, 8-6 NSIC) closes its three-game home stand next Saturday when it hosts Southwest Minnesota State at 4 p.m.
