Fehringer joined the Mavericks in 2020 and works with the Mavericks’ soccer and swimming and diving teams. He has also worked with the Maverick tennis squad.
A 2017 graduate of Nebraska Omaha, Fehringer owns a Masters of Science Degree from South Dakota State University (2019) in Sport and Recreation Administration.
While a student at SDSU, Fehringer worked with the football, equestrian, cross country and track and field teams. Following his time in Brookings, Fehringer spent a year at the University of Duke as an Athletic Training Fellow, working with the Blue Devil’s football team.
He also has undergraduate experience with the Nebraska Omaha men’s hockey and basketball teams, along with the Creighton softball team and the University of Indiana football team.
Fehringer a Certified Athletic trainer and holds a Minnesota Athletic training license. Additionally, he is First Aid & CPR/AED certified by the American Red Cross and has a certificate in Personalized Blood Flow Restriction Rehabilitation.
Fehringer resides in Mankato.
