Minnesota State University - Mankato Athletics

Smith is in her first year as Assistant Athletic Director for Sport Operations in 2025-26. Smith previously served one season as Sport Operations Assistant in 2024-25, overseeing operations for various sports while working toward her undergraduate degree from Minnesota State.

She also served as sport operations intern for two seasons and continues worked at Scheels All Sports as a sales associate. She has also managed practice facilities at the 3M Open and volunteered with Big Ten Network in Media Operations.
