Hickson is in her first season as volunteer assistant coach. She competed in pole vault for the Mavericks from 2021-25 before graduation. She was a three-time NSIC Indoor pole vault champion and a Second Team Division II All-American. Hickson is from Conover, Wisconsin and graduated from Northland Pines High School.
