Cartwright is in her first season as Volunteer Assistant Coach, Men's & Women's Track and Field - Sprints & Hurdles in 2024-25. A graduate of Minnesota State in 2023-24, she is one of the most accomplished student-athletes in the Minnesota State history. Cartwright was named the Collegiate Women Sports Award Honda Division II Athlete of the Year. As a sprinter for the Mavericks, she earned 30 All-American Finishes, eight Division II event titles and 16 Top-3 National event finishes.
Cartwright represented the Bahamas at the 2024 Summer Olympic Games. She finished her career as the NCAA Division II all-time record holder for the 60 meter hurdles.
