Before joining the Maverick staff in 2026, Korsching played in 89 games for the Mavericks from 2022-25.

In that time she started 68 games while scoring 14 goals and adding 13 assists for 41 career points. She was a three time All-NSIC Second Team recepient and a one time USC First Team All-Central Region. In 2024 as a member of the National Runner Ups she scored the game-winning goal in overtime against Central Missouri to win the Central Region Championshio\p.
