2008-09: Made third NCAA Division II National Championships appearance…Went 1-2 at the national meet at 157 pounds and did not place…Won third consecutive NCAA North Region title and copped Outstanding Wrestler honors as well…Compiled an overall record of 20-6…Went 11-1 in matches decided by fall…Eleven falls tied for team best...Went 7-2 in dual meets.

2007-08: Earned All-American status at 141 with a sixth place finish…Went 3-2 with two falls and a major decision at the national tournament…Won North Region title…Went 23-7 on the season, ranking second on the team with 11 falls.

2006-07: Captured North Region title in inaugural season and qualified for NCAA tournament...Went 25-9 on the year and ranked up 12 falls.

High School: Three-time Minnesota state champion while competing for Windom/Mountain Lake-Butterfield-Odin…Also placed third and fourth…Owns school record for career wins with a mark of 193-11…Coached by father Dave Elg.
