Minnesota: A junior from Prairie Du Chien, Wis., Rhett Koenig put together a 37-25 record as a member of the University of Minnesota wrestling team during the last three seasons...At Minnesota, Koenig was named an NWCA Scholar All-American as he was named the school's valedictorian.

High School: In high school he was a four-time state champion and a two time Fargo All-American.

Personal: Rhett is the son of Cory and Heather Koenig and is majoring in electrical engineering. His dad Cory played football at Upper Iowa.
