Biography

Career:  Three-time All-American with 76-24 career mark.

2021-22: Finished the season with a 7-3 record, including a tournament record of 6-2… Placed first at the BVU Open… Finished fourth at 149-lbs. at the NCAA Division II Super Region V tournament. 

2020-21:  Posted a 12-2 record en route to earning All-America honors...Placed seventh at NCAA Division II national championship tournament after claiming NCAA Division II Region V individual title...Went 6-0 in dual action...NSIC Winter All-Academic Team...NWCA Scholar All-American.

2019-20:  Built a 16-4 record and was 6-2 vs. Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference competition as a junior...Earned a second consecutive trip to the NCAA Division II national championship tournament after finishing second at NCAA Division II Super Region 5 tournament...Picked up NWCA All-American honors...Named team MVP...NSIC Winter All-Academic Team...NWCA Scholar All-American.

2018-19: Placed seventh at the NCAA DII Wrestling Championships in earning All-American honors...Placed second at the NCAA DII Wrestling Super Regionals...Wrestled his way to an overall record of 19-5 and a 9-1 dual record on the season...Placed second at the Buena Vista Open wrestling...Earned NSIC All-Conference Second Team honors...NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2017-18: Finished freshman year with 22-10 record, including a tournament record of 15-5… Appeared in 11 dual matches picking up six victories… First-place finish at the Buena Vista Open… First-place finish at the Luther College Open… Second-place finish at the RCTC Yellowjacket Open… Sixth-place finish at the NCAA D2 Super Region Three tournament… Rated as high as 11th in the NWCA Individual Rankings.  

High School: Four-time Minnesota State High School Tournament qualifier... Three-time Minnesota State High School Tournament third place winner.
