2016 Indoor: Season best time in the 200-meters of 27.07 at the SDSU Indoor Classic... Season best time of 59.35 in the 400-meter dash at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
2015 Outdoor: Personal best time of 1:04.23 in the 400-meter hurdles at the ESU Spring Open and placed second.
2014-15 Indoor: Raised her personal-standards in the 200-meters (26.35), 400-meters (57.55) and the 600-meters (1:35.06).
2013-2014 Indoor: Personal best in the 60m with a time of 8.45 at the MSU Mankato Alumni Open... Personal best in the 400m with a time of 1:00.16 at the Ted Nelson Classic... Personal best in the 600m with a time of 1:37.38 at the Minnesota State - Coaches Open...
