2018 Cross Country: Finished 145th at NCAA National Cross Country Championships...Finished ninth at NCAA Regional Meet in earning all-region honors...Finished ninth at the NSIC Championship Meet.

2017 Indoor: PR in the mile with a time of 5:22.86 and in the 3000M with a time of 10:31.08…Earned seventh place honors in the 3000M with a time of 10:31.08 and ninth place honors in the 5000M with a time of 18:19.59 at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships.
 
2017 Outdoor: PR in the 1500M with a time of 5:07.00, the 5000M (18:14.04), the 10,000M (38:49.51), and the 3000 STEEPLE (12:00.02)…Earned ninth place honors in the 5000M with a time of 18:33.73 and fifth place honors in the 10,000M with a time of 38:49.51 at the 2017 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Meet.

2017 Cross Country: Placed 51st at the NCAA Region Meet... Placed 28th at the NSIC Championship Meet.

2016 Cross Country: Placed 85th at the NCAA Regional Meet... Placed 69th at the NSIC Championship Meet.

2016 Indoor: Season best time of 5:34.22 in the mile run... Best time of 11:00.92 in the 3000-meters... 18:56.60 in the 5000-meters.

2015 Cross Country:  Finished 60th at the NCAA DII Central Regional championship...Minnesota State's top finisher and earned all-conference second team honors with 18th-place finish (23:51.4) at 2015 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference championship meet.

Personal: Daughter of Lester and Mary Paul…One of three members of her family to compete for Minnesota State women's cross country / track & field teams (joining older sisters Ali and Marina)...Majoring in civil engineering…Graduated from Cedar Grove-Belgium High School in 2015.
