2017 Outdoor: Finished in first place in the 100M at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Meet with a time of 11.77...Finished 6th overall at the 2017 NCAA DII Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 4x1...Also finished the 100-meter dash at the tournament in the 20th spot running it in 11.91 seconds.
2017 Indoor: At the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships, Adah took home first in both the 60M and 200M races...Set a school record in the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.40 at the NCAA DII Indoor Track & Field Championships.
2016 Outdoor: Placed first in the 100m at the NSIC Outdoor TF Championships with a time of 11.85...Placed second in the 200m at the NSIC Outdoor TF Championships with a time of 24.80.
2016 Indoor: NSIC champion in the 200m with a time of 24.94 in the finals... Had a personal best time of 24.82 in the prelims...Took home fourth place in the 60m at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships.
High School: 1st Team All-Region, 1st Team All-Area, and 1st Team All-State her senior year...Helped Shanley High School claim the section championship in 2015.
Personal: Went to Shanley High School and graduated in 2015.
