2024-25: Took eight place in the 200 IM with a time of 2:23.04 in MSU’s double duel vs. Gustavus Adolphus and UW-Stevens Point…Finished seventh in the 100 breaststroke event vs. Southwest Minnesota State with a time of 1:13.49…Notched personal bests in the 100 breaststroke (1:09.52) and 200 breaststroke (2:30.58) at the NSIC Championships…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
2023:24: Took 10th in the 200 IM vs. South Dakota with a time of 2:20.70…Finished fourth in the 100 breaststroke event vs. Southwest Minnesota State with a time of 1:14.44…Recorded season bests in the 200 IM (2:15.60) and 200 breaststroke (2:35.22) at the NSIC Championships.
High School: Earned All-State academic honors as a senior...Was a state qualifier during her sophomore, junior and senior seasons.
Personal: Zowie is the daughter of Heather Ohlrogge and Jamie Farence...Majoring in accounting... Enjoys playing with her dog, reading, journaling, shopping and self development.
