Biography
2025-26: Earned a pair of All-NSIC honors as she finished in third place in both the 100 backstroke (59.96) and 200 backstroke (2:03.72) events at the NSIC Championships…Recorded a pair of fifth place finishes in the 200 IM (2:06.90) and 400 IM (4:34.48) at the NSIC Championships…Recorded personal best times in each of the backstroke and IM events at the NSIC Championships…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
2024-25: Posted a fourth place finish in the 200 backstroke (2:27.13) and a third place finish in the 200 IM (2:31.94) against South Dakota…Finished second in200 backstroke event in three straight events vs. Augustana, Southwest Minnesota State and at the Rochester Invitational…Took fifth place in the 200 backstroke event at the NSIC Championships with a time of 2:05.76…Also finished 10th in 100 backstroke (58.01), the 100 IM (1:00.50) and the 200 IM (2:08.65) at the NSIC Championships.
High School: A four-year letterwinner with the Rocky Mountain High School swim team, Teresa Collingwood has competed in the backstroke, IM, freestyle and butterfly events...She also played three seasons with the tennis team...Collingwood was also a four-year honor athlete and a state finalist in the 200 IM.
Personal: Teresa is the daughter of Holly and Andy Collingwood and intends to major in engineering.
