Biography
2024-25: Began her college career with second place finishes in the 200 backstroke and 200 IM against the University of South Dakota, while also finishing fourth in the 100 backstroke…Won the 100 backstroke at the Rochester Invite…Notched a personal best time and provisional qualifying time of 55.64 in the 100 backstroke at Concordia’s Last Chance Meet…Won the 400 IM event at the NSIC Championships with a time of 4:28.50…Also claimed All-NSIC honors in the 200 backstroke as she finished second with a time of 2:02.28 and as a member of the 400 medley relay team that finished second (3:47.88).
High School: Hailing from Lodi, Wis., Savannah Acker has competed in the backstroke, freestyle, IM and butterfly events as a member of the Sauk Prairie High School swim team...She broke two school records and hold numerous club team records...Acker was also named the team's most valuable swimmer three times...As a sophomore she received an All-State honorable mention...The following year she claimed All-State honors as a junior as she won the WIAA Division 2 state championship in the 100 backstroke.
Personal: Savannah is the daughter of Sarah and Kevin Acker and she intends to major in exercise science.
