2021-22: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team/Team of Excellence…Posted a time of 5:26.94 in the 500 freestyle and a time of 11:22.62 in the 1,000 freestyle at the NSIC Championships…Posted a personal best time of 4:58.67 in the 400 freestyle against South Dakota.
2020-21: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team/Team of Excellence…Took third place in the 1,000 freestyle event vs. St. Cloud State (11:26.48)…Finished sixth in the 200 freestyle event vs. MSU Moorhead (2:06.13).
2019-20: Recorded a time of 26.90 in the 50 freestyle against Sioux Falls…Posted a time of 1:06.37 in the 100 backstroke against Augustana…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team/Team of Excellence.
2018-19: Posted a season-best time of 27.54 in the 50 freestyle against Gustavus Adolphus and UW-Stevens Point…Tallied a time of 18:47.83 in the 1,650 freestyle at the NSIC Championships…Finished 18th in the 200 freestyle at the UW-Stevens Point Invite with a time of 2:08.84…Took seventh place in the 500 freestyle event against Augustana with a time of 5:35.28...Tallied a season-best time of 1:59.28 in the 200 freestyle and a time of 5:21.55 in the 500 freestyle events at the NSIC Championships.
High School: Competed in both distance and mid distance events for Wayzata High School and Lifetime Swim Club...Was part on two section championship teams...For her club team, she finished first in the 500 freestyle at a regional competition and qualified for the Minnesota LC State Meet in the both the 400 and 800 freestyle events.
Personal: Nicole is the daughter of Drew and Nancy Aadalen...Majoring in Biomedical Science with a minor is psychology.
