2025-26: Notched a personal best time of 10:47.95 in the 1,000 freestyle event at the NSIC Championships where she finished in seventh place…Took eighth place in the 1,650 freestyle event at the NSIC Championships as she recorded a time of 18:14.10…Finished fifth in the 500 freestyle event at the Augie Invitational with a time of 5:12.95.
High School: Helped her team to a pair of sectional championships...Was a state qualifier in the 200 IM and was a multi-year scholar athlete.
Personal: Lauren is the daughter of Scott and Tina Neis...Intends to major in marketing.
