Biography
2023-24: Recorded season bests in the 100 butterfly (1:00.39) and the 100 IM (1:03.59) at the NSIC Championships…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
2022-23: Finished in 10th place in the 100 butterfly event at the JoAnn Andregg Invitational with a time of 1:03.37…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
2021-22: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence…Recorded personal bests in the 50 freestyle (24.58), the 100 butterfly (59.31) and the 100 IM (1:02.23).
2020-21: Recorded times of 1:01.43 and 2:29.49 in the 100 and 200 butterfly events, respectively, at the NSIC Championships…Finished fourth in the 400 freestyle event with a time of 4:32.32 against MSU Moorhead.
High School: Was a top-10 finisher at the state meet meet during her four years at Rapid City Central High School...Finished in the top-5 during her sophomore season, before taking second in the 100 freestyle and third in the 100 butterfly events as a senior...Also competed in sectionals for her team during her junior season...Holds the team record for 17-19 year olds in the 100 freestyle...Received a SD swimming scholarship and volunteered her tme throughout her high school career teaching advanced techniques.
Personal: Ainslee is the daughter of Diane and Gregg Hemmen...Majoring in biochemistry... Hobbies include fashion, thrifting, music, friends and basketball.
