2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence... Played in seven games for the Mavericks as a sophomore totaling 145 minutes... Posted three shot attempts, including one shot on goal... Season-high 34 minutes played vs. Minnesota Crookston (Nov. 3)... Member of NCAA Division II National Runner-Up team.

2023: Appeared in four games for the Mavericks in first season... Posted one shot on goal... Season-high 19 minutes played vs. Minnesota Crookston (Oct. 27).

High School: A two-year starter out of Bloomington, Minn., Gyasi played high school soccer with the Bloomington Kennedy Eagles...Ruthie was utilized on all sides of the field for the Eagles but joins Minnesota State as a defender for the 2023 season...The standout defender led Kennedy to a 10-4-1 record her senior year which was good enough for second in their conference...As a senior, Gyasi made the Metro West All-Conference Team as she played in all 14 games while posting 11 goals and 6 assists on the season.

Personal: Ruthie is the daughter of Simon Gyasi and Stephanie Henry...At MSU, Ruthie plans to major in Exercise Science in Pre-Physical Therapy. Ruthie was a National Honor Society student at Bloomington Kennedy HS and was a member of Student Government.
