2013: Posted 7.1 shutouts while starting all 18 matches she played in...Produced a .781 save percentage and a 0.88 goals against average...Turned in back-to-back shutouts on Oct. 4 & 6 to earn NSIC Goalkeeper of the Week honors for the second time in her career...Made a season-high nine saves at Grand Valley State on Sept. 15...Currently has 32 career shutouts to rank 15th all-time in NCAA Division II...Also the MSU career shutout leader and owns a 47-7-8 career record...Stands 20th in NCAA DII history with a 0.56 career goals against average...Currently, second in NSIC history with 24 career shutouts, five away from the record...Earned CoSIDA Academic All-District and Academic All-NSIC honors for the second straight year.
2012:Â Started all 23 matches at goalkeeper posting a 0.43 goals against average to break her own single-season school record with a .861 save percentage...Compiled a 17-1-5 record while setting single-season MSU records in wins (17) and shutouts (14)...Recorded seven consecutive shutouts against Minnesota Crookston, Bemidji State, Northern State, MSU-Moorhead, U-Mary, Minot State, Augustana, and Wayne State...Selected NSIC Defensive Player of the Week (10/1)...Currently first in school history with 25 career shutouts...The active NSIC career goals against average leader at 0.23 and sits third with 19 career shutouts in league play...Finished fifth in the nation in goals against average and 20th in save percentage...Earned Academic All-NSIC and First Team All-NSIC honors in addition to being named CoSIDA Academic All-District and Daktronics First Team All-Region...Selected a Daktronics Honorable Mention All-American and became the third Maverick in history to be a CoSIDA Academic Second Team All-American.
2011: Started at goalkeeper in 22 of the 23 matches for MSU...Made 10 saves against GVSU (9/4) and eight saves against Regis (9/11)...Earned solo shutouts against Concordia (9/17), SMSU (10/2), Wayne State (10/8), Augustana (10/9), MSU Moorhead (10/15), Minnesota, Crookston (10/16), Winona State(10/22), Bemidji State (10/29), Minnesota Duluth (10/30) Bemidji State (11/2), UMD (11/4) and SCSU (11/6)...Played the first half in two of the team shutouts...Totaled 61 saves in the 22 contests...Helped in 13 shutouts...Was tabbed Honorable Mention All-NSIC and Daktronics Second Team All-Region...Named NSCAA Third Team All-Region.
High School: McGough (mc-GUFF) lettered and started in her sophomore and junior seasons for the Warriors…As she awaits her senior season, McGough’s team was runner-up in the 5A state tournament last season...Her team won the Warrior Invitational in 2010, as McGough was selected second team all-conference…The honor roll student helped her team win the Centennial Conference, posting a 15-2-2 record last season.
