Biography

2013: Was a starter for all 22 matches and ended second on the squad with 86 shots...Generated five goals and five assists, while logging 1,715 minutes played, fifth-most on the squad...Scored the game-winning goal versus Bemidji State on Sept. 21 and against Upper Iowa in the NSIC semi-finals on Nov. 8...Tied a career-high three points with a goal and an assist vs. Upper Iowa on Nov. 1...Selected NSCAA Scholar Third Team All-America,  NSCAA Third Team All-America,  NSCAA First Team All-Region, Daktronics Second Team All-Region, and First Team All-NSIC, all for the first time in her career and earned a spot on the 2013 NSIC All-Tournament Team...Also named Academic All-NSIC for the second year in a row.

2012: Started all 23 matches for the Mavericks...Totalled five goals and seven assists to finish fourth on the team with 17 total points while ranking second with 66 shots...Recorded three points in five post-season matches...An Academic All-NSIC pick.

2011:  Started every match for MSU...Scored on a penalty kick against Augustana (9/1) and scored the game-winner against St. Cloud St. (9/18)...Scored her third goal against NSU (9/24)...Scored a goal and assist against UMD in the NSIC semifinals...Landed 21 shots on goal.

High School: Moris was a three-year starter for the Royals as they were conference champions every year, compiling a 29-1-1 Suburban East Conference record in her career… As captain senior year, Moris was selected all-conference and all-state…Moris’ team captured second place in the state tournament as the Royals were unbeaten in 45 games until the championship…During that unbeaten streak, Moris and her team outscored opponents 163-14...In her sophomore year, which she won rookie of the year, Moris scored the game-winning goal in the state championship, as her team finished 20-0-1. She had a combined a 29 goals in her 65 games at Woodbury High School.

Personal: Born November 29, 1992…The daughter of John and Pam Moris…Moris is currently undecided on a major.
