Biography

2012:  One of two team captains she started all 23 matches for MSU...Finished eighth on the team in scoring with three goals - all off free kicks - and six assists for 12 total points...Scored a career-high five points off two goals and an assist against Bemidji State (9/16)...Blasted 26 shots for the Mavericks in addition to being named Academic All-NSIC and First Team All-NSIC...Also garnered Daktronics First Team All-Region, NSCAA First Team All-Region and Daktronics Honorable Mention All-America accolades.

2011: Named a captain for the 2011 season…Played in all 23 games with 21 starts while collecting a goal and six assists...Scored on a corner kick against U-Mary (9/25) and added an assist in the game...Marked two assists against Northern State (9/24) and Sioux Falls (10/3)...Totaled 15 shots on goal in 2011...Picked Second Team All-NSIC and Academic All-NSIC.


2010: Played and started in 19 games for the Minnesota State, tallying six points on the season…Her lone goal was a game-winner against Augustana (10/9)…Booted five shots on goal…Had four assists, including two game-winning assists in overtime against UND (10/3) and UMD (10/30)…NSIC All-Conference Honorable Mention and the Academic All-NSIC.


2009: Appeared in 20 matches starting six of them during her freshman campaign...Weik tallied her first assist on fellow freshman Brittany Henry's lone goal in the 1-0 victory over Regis University...Weik posted eight shots and five on goal, going 0-1--1 on the season. 

High School: Weik missed her senior season at Tartan H.S. due to injury, but still served as captain...She was a starter her junior and sophomore seasons...She was named All-Classic Suburban Conference her junior and sophomore seasons, as well as, team most valuable player...After posting a career-high nine goals and eight assists her sophomore season, she was named best offensive player by her teammates...She earned the all-section academic award following her junior season...Weik has earned an academic letter and is member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Born Aprl 24, 1991...She is the daughter of Scott Weik and Andrea Patterson...Intends to major in criminal investigation.
