Biography

2012: Wadding appeared in nine games, all as a reserve…Owned a .429 batting average with three hits in seven trips to the plate, scoring two runs and blasting one double…Was 1-of-1 in stolen base opportunities…Over the course of her career she played in 36 games and is batting .258 with eight hits and four runs batted in...A Maverick Achievement Award winner

2011: Was an Academic All-NSIC pick...Played in ten games, all of which came off the bench...Had two hits in nine trips to the plate to go with an RBI...Was successful in her lone stolen base attempt.

2010:  Redshirted last year due to an injury...Was named All-America Scholar-Athlete by the NFCA.

2009:  Appeared in 17 games and earned two starts as a designated player....Collected three hits in 15 at bats...Drove in three runs and coaxed three walks...Scored a pair of runs in MSU’s win over Valley City State. 

High School: Was a three-year letterwinner in softball and hockey at Lakeville South…Played second base and catcher for the Cougars…Was team captain in 2007 and 2008.  

Personal: Daughter of Tracy and Laura Wadding…Born Feb. 23, 1990…Majoring in sports management with a minor in Spanish.
