2012: Started all 52 games she has played, all of which have been in rightfield…Is a Maverick Achievement Award winner and was named the NSIC Player of the Week once this year…Was a member of the NSIC Gold Glove Team… Member of the Capital One Academic All-District 7 team... 2011: Was a First-Team All-NSIC pick...Named to the Second-Team All-Region squads by Daktronics and the NFCA and an Academic All-NSIC pick...Led MSU in stolen bases (32), total plate appearances (259), at bats (238) and stolen base attempts (38), also led the NSIC in those categories...Finished tied for first in the league in caught stealing (6), second in hits (87), and tied for sixth in runs scored (49)...Upchurch established new single-season records in at bats (238) and stolen bases (32) and was tied for first in runs scored (49) and games played (70), while finishing second in hits (87) and seventh in total bases (108)...Enters her senior campaign sixth in stolen bases (32).

2010:  Sat out the season due to NCAA transfer rules...Was named All-America Scholar-Athlete by the NFCA.

Pre-MSU:  Transferred to Minnesota State from St. Cloud State... Named to the 2009 All-NSIC Softball Second Team…Appeared in and started in all 59 games in 2009…Led the squad with a .373 batting average and 10 doubles…Tied for first in the NSIC with seven triples, which also led the Husky team…9-for-10 in stolen base category…Third on the team with 127 putouts in the field…Second on the team with 31 RBI’s…totaled a career best four RBI’s against U-Mary (4/18/09)…Posted career highs with two doubles against Quincy (3/11/09) and two triples against Southwest Minnesota State (3/1/09).

High School: 2007 graduate of Waterloo West High School…Also four time letterwinner for Waterloo West soccer team…A team captain and team MVP, also a two time All-Conference Honorable Mention and two time All-Metro performer…Received Coaches Award as a senior…Twice won academic letters and a member of the Honor Roll.
