2017 Outdoor: Earned the 2017 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Meet championship in the 200m dash (21.45) and as a member of the 4x100m relay team (40.79).
2017 Indoor: Member of 4x400m relay team that finished fifth ( 3:12.68) at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & FIeld Championships setting a new Minnesota State University school record...Earned the NSIC Indoor Conference Championship in the 200m dash (21.99).
2016 Outdoor: Finished seventh in 400m at NSIC Outdoor Championships with a time of 51.04.
High School: Participated in both track and field and basketball
