2014-15 Indoor: Helped DMR team take home first at MSU Open and Multi with a time of 10:19.96.
2013-14 Indoor: NSIC Champion in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:30.90...Won the championship in the mile run at MSU Multi and Open with a career best 4:18.63... Placed first in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:32.73 at the MSU Multi and Open.
2012-13 Indoor: Placed 15th in the 5,000-meter run at the Iowa State open with a time of 15:34.17.
2012 Outdoor: Took third place at the MSU Twilight in the 400-meter dash with a time of 53.49...Finished fourth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:18.52.
2011-12 Indoor: Won the NSIC championship in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:32.04...Part of the Distance Medley Relay team that took second at the NSIC Championships finishing with a time of 10.30.00.
