2014-15 Indoor: Established new career-best in the 3000-meters at 9:39.73 during the MSU Alumni Open...Matched that with a career-best in the 5000-meters of 15:54.47 at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
2013-14 Indoor: Placed third in the 5,000-meter run at the MSU Alumni Open with a time of 16:44.36.
2013 Outdoor: Ran a career-best time in the 10,000-meter run at the Carleton Relays finishing in fourth-place with a time of 33:46.16.
2012-13 Indoor: At the MSU Multi and Open ran a time of 16:41.38 in the 5,000-meter run placing him fifth.
